This was a much requested recipe of my mother's. Now that mom is no longer with us, we have this often in her honor.
Ingredients | Little Potato Company Recipes Chilean Splash1 (2 pound) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of potato soup1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup1 (16 ounce) container sour cream¼ cup milk½ cup chopped onion1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon pepper⅛ teaspoon dried dill weed1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheesepaprika to tasteDirectionsPreheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.In a large bowl combine hash browns, potato soup, celery soup, sour cream, milk and onion. Mix well and then season with salt, pepper and dill weed.
